Max Height is 50 to 80 Feet
Width of tree is 25-40 Feet
This is a fast growing species. The twigs are a red-gray to brown and the bark is gray - green and smooth that becomes grayer with age. 
Best grown is mosit sandy loam or loam soils that are slightly acidic. 
The buds on the trees make great fire starter!
